Hotel pickup is available in selected Phuket areas. Please be ready at the main entrance or hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. Pickups are arranged as a shared transfer and follow a fixed route. Please wait patiently at the designated pickup point. If the vehicle has not arrived on time, kindly contact customer support to avoid missing the transfer. The driver will stop at each hotel for approximately 5–10 minutes. If you are not present during this time, the driver may proceed to the next pickup location, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation. Pickup times may be adjusted on the day of travel based on booking volume and traffic conditions. Any changes will be communicated by customer support on the same day. Guests bringing companions must inform us at the time of booking to reserve seats in advance（payable separately) . If not notified, the driver may refuse boarding due to limited space.

Detailed Tour Itinerary
09:00 – Meet & Greet and Preparation: Meet your instructor and photographer at the designated beach spot. Selection of a suitable surfboard and a basic safety briefing.
09:20 – Land-Based Training: For first-timers, a short practical lesson on balance, the “pop-up” technique, and safety maneuvers on the sand.
09:45 – First Encounter with Waves: While our photographer takes their place on the shore or in the water, you head out into the ocean with your instructor. As you start catching your first waves, the shutter starts clicking for you.
11:00 – Performance and Shooting: Now that you are more confident, our photographer captures “action” frames as you strike your coolest poses on the wave.
11:30 – Cool Down and Review: Return to shore, evaluate the day over a fresh coconut water, and take a quick look at the raw photos taken.

Do I need to know how to swim? It is recommended that you can stay afloat at a basic level for your safety and comfort; however, since we work in shallow areas, advanced swimming is not required.
When and how will I receive the photos? Your high-resolution photos will be delivered to you digitally (via a cloud link) within 24-48 hours after the session.
I have never surfed before, is this tour suitable for me? Absolutely! Our instructor will guide you through every step, starting from the basics.
Will the tour be canceled if the weather is bad? Your safety is our priority. In case of very severe storms, we reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
