Tour Itinerary & Schedule

• 13:00 – 15:00 | Shuttle Transfers: Shuttles depart every 5 minutes from designated meeting points.

• 14:30 – 17:30 | Arrival & Cultural Immersion: Register your ticket and explore the venue. Enjoy live Lanna music, traditional dance performances, and handicraft markets.

• 17:30 – 19:00 | Thai Lanna Buffet Dinner: Savor a wide variety of local Northern Thai delicacies in our dedicated dining zones.

• 19:00 | Grand Ceremony Begins: Move to the Pagoda zone for a spiritual ceremony featuring meditation and monk chanting.

• 20:15 | Mass Lantern Release: Join thousands of guests in releasing lanterns simultaneously, followed by a spectacular fireworks display.

• 20:45 | Departure: Shuttle buses begin returning guests to Chiang Mai city drop-off points.

Please arrive at your designated meeting point 30–60 minutes early to ensure a smooth departure.

• Elite & Platinum Tickets: In front of MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center.

• Gold, Premium, VIP, & Standard Tickets: Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

• Note: Traffic in Chiang Mai is extremely heavy during the festival. Please plan your commute accordingly.

Ticket Instructions

• E-Tickets: Keep your digital QR code ready. Once scanned and exchanged for a paper ticket at the venue entrance, the digital code becomes invalid.

• Paper Tickets: Your paper ticket is required for food zone entry and seat assignments. Do not lose it!

• Dress Code: As this is a spiritual ceremony, please dress respectfully. Shoulders and knees should be covered (smart casual or traditional Thai attire is encouraged).

• Stay Hydrated: While water is provided at dinner, we recommend bringing a small bottle of water and snacks for the shuttle ride, as wait times can vary.

• Photography: The lantern release happens quickly. Have your camera settings ready for “low light” or “night mode” before the ceremony begins to capture the perfect shot.

• Patience is Key: With thousands of people attending, the exit process can take time. We recommend staying at the venue a bit longer after the ceremony to enjoy the last of the music and avoid the initial rush for the shuttles.

• Personal Transport: If you choose not to use the shuttle, pre-book your return taxi (Grab or Tuk-tuk) at least 24 hours in advance, as local drivers are in high demand.
